Data Deletion Instructions
How to remove your Facebook Page or Instagram account connection from DSRPTV Digital — and exactly what gets deleted when you do.
This page is for you if you connected a Page to us.
These instructions are for anyone whose Facebook Page or Instagram professional account is connected to DSRPTV Digital through our app, and who wants that connection — and the data we store with it — removed.
Our app is DSRPTV Content Manager (App ID 1879654882648059). Dealerships connect their Facebook Page and its linked Instagram professional account to our internal platform, CRTX, through Facebook Login. That connection lets us publish scheduled posts and read performance metrics on their behalf.
CRTX is not a consumer product. There are no public sign-ups, and its users are DSRPTV staff. If you are a dealership client who granted us access to a Page, this page tells you what we hold and how to have it removed.
The data we hold for a connected account.
- Facebook Pages. The Pages you granted us access to — page ID, page name and category.
- Instagram professional accounts. The Instagram professional account linked to each of those Pages — account ID, username and profile picture URL.
- Access tokens. Tokens issued by Meta so we can publish and read insights on your behalf. These are stored encrypted.
- Cached performance metrics. Aggregate figures we keep for reporting: page and post insights (impressions, reach, engagement counts, video views) and Instagram account and media insights.
- Posts we published. Posts we scheduled or published on your behalf through our platform.
Two ways to get your data removed.
Remove the app from Facebook.
In Facebook, go to:
Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
Find DSRPTV Content Manager in the list and choose Remove.
Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the connection data immediately — you don't need to contact us as well.
Facebook shows you a confirmation code when you do this. You can check the status of the deletion at:

Email us and we'll handle it.

Please include the Facebook Page name or Instagram handle involved, so we can identify the right connection.
We respond within 30 days.
What gets removed — and what doesn't.
- The stored connection between your accounts and our platform
- The access tokens issued by Meta
- The Facebook Page records
- The Instagram account records
- All cached insight data
- The content itself. Posts already published to Facebook or Instagram stay on those platforms. Deleting our connection does not retract them.
- Our internal scheduling records. These are retained as business records — but they are no longer linked to your Meta account.
To remove a post that has already been published, delete it on Facebook or Instagram directly. We cannot remove it for you once our connection is gone.
