1. Introduction
Welcome to our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you about how we handle your personal information when you visit our website and tell you about your privacy rights.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you, including:
- Identity Data: First name, last name, username or similar identifier
- Contact Data: Email address, telephone numbers, billing address, delivery address
- Technical Data: Internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform
- Usage Data: Information about how you use our website and services
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data for various purposes, including:
- To provide and maintain our services
- To notify you about changes to our services
- To provide customer support
- To gather analysis or valuable information to improve our services
- To monitor the usage of our services
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues
4. Facebook and Instagram Data
DSRPTV Digital operates a Meta application, DSRPTV Content Manager, used by our staff to manage social media publishing and performance reporting for our clients. When a client authorizes our application, we access and store a limited set of data from their Facebook and Instagram accounts.
What we collect
With the client's explicit authorization through Facebook Login, we collect and store:
- Facebook Page information — the ID, name and category of each Page the client selects, and a Page access token issued by Meta.
- Instagram professional account information — the ID, username and profile picture URL of any Instagram professional account linked to a selected Page.
- Access tokens — issued by Meta, which allow us to publish content and read performance data on the client's behalf. Tokens are encrypted at rest and are never displayed, logged or shared.
- Content performance data — aggregate metrics for Pages and posts we manage, including impressions, reach, engagement counts, video views, and equivalent Instagram account and media metrics.
- Content we publish — the copy, images and scheduling details of posts created in our platform and published to the client's accounts on their behalf.
What we do not collect
We do not collect a client's Facebook or Instagram login credentials. We do not access personal profile data of people who interact with our clients' Pages beyond the aggregate, de-identified engagement counts Meta provides. We do not use Facebook or Instagram data for advertising targeting, and we do not sell, rent or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Why we collect it
Solely to provide the service the client engaged us for: scheduling and publishing social content to their accounts, and reporting on how that content performed. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
How long we keep it
For as long as the client relationship is active and the authorization remains in place. Cached performance metrics are retained on a rolling basis to support historical reporting. When a client revokes authorization or requests deletion, we remove the stored connection, the access tokens, the Page and Instagram account records, and all cached insight data.
How to request deletion
A client may remove our application at any time from Facebook under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, which notifies us automatically and triggers deletion. They may also email us directly; we respond within 30 days. Full instructions are at Data Deletion Instructions.
Note that removing our application does not retract content already published to Facebook or Instagram — those posts remain on the platforms and must be deleted there directly.
